    I was fascinated by electronics from a young age and loved disassembling gadgets to understand and mend them. My passion for computers started when my Grandaddy Bill gifted me my first computer. I taught myself to build computers with finesse to support my interest in PC gaming. One day, I stumbled upon discarded electronics by the roadside and started salvaging and restoring them. Along the way, my devoted family supported me. My journey led me to become an Advanced Repair Agent at the Geek Squad, refining my craft with professionalism.     CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

    I’m Chris, the COO of Northstar Personalized Computers. I oversee the day-to-day operation of NPC and ensure all procedures are smooth and efficient. I have held numerous leadership positions at other organizations and am ready to spread my knowledge here. I love to ski in winter and climb mountains when the weather permits. I excel at anything related to computers, including the website you are on right now.

    CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

    Hi, I’m Mason Araujo, the CFO at Northstar Personalized Computers (NPC). I currently overlook the daily financial operations and financial stability of NPC. A little about me personally I grew up most of my life on computers, from streaming and gaming to running and leading full-fledged communities with upwards of 100+ people. I currently work as a Fire Police Officer at my local Fire Department and enjoy what I do.

    VP OF OPERATIONS

    Hey! I'm Christian De Jesus, the Vice President of Operations (VPO) at Northstar Personalized Computers. I bring a broad and rich experience from the technology and customer service sectors to this role. My professional journey began at Best Buy, serving as a Computer Consultant. This role provided me with a deep understanding of consumer technology needs. I then moved on to Boeing, where I worked as a Composite Repair Engineer, sharpening my technical skills and problem-solving abilities. After Boeing, I re-joined Best Buy, this time as a Consultation Agent with the Geek Squad, which further enriched my customer service and technical troubleshooting skills. Today, at Northstar PC, I'm using this diverse blend of retail, engineering, and customer service experiences to create an exceptional customer journey. My goal is to redefine the knowledge within the computer assembly market.

    QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER

    Hi, I'm Austin Swanson, and I work in Quality Control Management for NPC. I work to ensure both our customers are happy with their builds and that we are providing top-quality content and communications to our viewers and customers alike. I am currently a Best Buy manager and have been for four years. I have spent the last 20 years building computers and have a degree in Operations Management, Marketing and a minor in IT as well as my A+ and Network + certifications. I have loved computers and robotics my entire life and look to continue that passion with my work here at the great NPC.
