The process begins once you submit your part list. If you require no consultation, your parts list undergoes validation, and you will receive an invoice. If you need a consultation, you schedule one right after you purchase the consultation through the shop. Once the consultation is over, you will also receive an invoice. Invoices typically take between 1-4 business days and will be sent via email. Once payment is received, our team will purchase the parts and assemble your computer. Based on what shipping plan you pick, it can take anywhere from 4-14 days. The average wait time for a custom-built computer typically takes 14 days from start to delivery.

No, our consultation services are for people who want to ensure that the parts they buy will meet their performance standards. All parts lists (regardless of consultation) will be checked to ensure that the features you want will fit together and not pose any significant issues.

Yes, our consultation services are $5, and our team will work with you to ensure the parts you want for a computer will fit your needs. We will always send an invoice after the consultation. However, you do not have to pay the invoice if you want to build the computer yourself.
